Commercial Coordinator

Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Assistant to join a successful and expanding commercial team based in Milton Keynes. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to play a key part in supporting sales, projects, tenders and customer enquiries across a busy commercial function.

38.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-3:30pm)

As Commercial Sales Assistant, you'll support customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, order processing and aftersales, while also assisting with tenders, cost estimates, commercial reporting and project administration. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and commercially successfully.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and previous experience within a commercial, sales support, estimating, contracts or project coordination environment. Experience using CRM systems and confidence managing multiple priorities would be highly advantageous.
