You will own brand-level performance insights, transforming complex e-commerce, retail, and marketing data into actionable narratives. Operating with significant autonomy, you will define key commercial questions, build automated dashboards, and partner with internal teams to guide strategic decision-making and optimize growth for both the platform and its diverse brand partners.

What you will do:

• Lead brand-level performance analysis across revenue, margin, pricing, and assortment to surface proactive growth opportunities.

• Co-own the brand data layer and core metrics using a modern stack (SQL, Snowflake, dbt) to ensure a single source of truth.

• Translate complex acquisition and retention dynamics into persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders and commercial partners.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience delivering commercial or brand-level analytics within an e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing environment.

• Deep proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools with a proven ability to build decision-ready visualizations for non-technical audiences.

• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize insights that materially impact business economics.
