As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an ambitious Commercial Delivery Manager to support the Customer Success team with ensuring that strategic and transformational initiatives are effectively planned, delivery is managed and that key stakeholders are pulling in the same direction.

We’re Doctify

We’re a leading global healthcare review platform, empowering patients to make confident and informed decisions on their healthcare, having helped more than 50 million patients to date.

In early 2023 Doctify secured an additional $10m in a growth round led by Beringea, the transatlantic venture capital firm. The round will help Doctify accomplish our mission to help over 100 million patients by 2025.

The funding, which brings total investment in Doctify to more than $29m, will be used to accelerate growth in key international markets, invest in ground breaking product enhancements, and expand our global team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning the process improvement roadmap for Customer Success, bringing together initiatives from our international teams and ensuring consistent activities across teams
  • Being part of the change and execution engine, ensuring innovations and developments are correctly implemented delivering the desired business outcomes whilst monitoring the business impact
  • Collaborating with internal teams especially Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to marry industry best practice with current ways of working to help surface and mitigate implementation challenges
  • Having full end-to-end go to market responsibility (from inception to roll-out/embedding) leveraging key business stakeholders to bring initiatives to life
  • Identifying risks and opportunities in the business plan, proposing solutions where appropriate
  • Ensuring input and feedback from the Commercial organization are well-captured and integrated into any new process plan, collaborating closely with other Doctify teams to do so
  • Building positive relationships with global and regional teams.
  • Projects and initiatives may include for example: commercial-wide transformation programmes, regional transformations, CS organization, optimization, etc.

About You

  • An effective communicator , someone who is self motivated, organized and detail oriented
  • Competent with problem solving skills with an appetite for business impact able to influence the way things are done
  • Highly analytical and quantitative skills - you should be comfortable with spreadsheets and other analytics tools
  • Specific ability to model and visually represent complex concepts into presentation formats
  • Great stakeholder management skills and able to thoughtfully and constructively influence the people you work with
