About the Role

As a Commercial Director, you'll lead a team of Account Executives/Development Executives (up to 8 people), providing strategic guidance and coaching to improve client retention, cross-sales, and new business acquisition. Your leadership will directly contribute to achieving branch and regional financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, effective leadership to your team, ensuring they meet performance targets.

• Review market trends, identify opportunities, and guide the team with clear insights and direction.

• Collaborate with the Branch Director to implement strategic initiatives.

• Support the team in delivering exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty requirements.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance sector.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and retention strategies.

• Exceptional people management skills - mentor, coach, and empower your team.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
