Commercial Director

We are seeking a strategically minded Commercial Director who has inspirational leadership qualities with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to deliver sales growth. This candidate must be an excellent communicator both internally and externally. They must be comfortable dealing with the management levels of major distributors, as well as overseeing direct sales to smaller volume customers, buying direct from the company. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate adaptability working internationally. This Commercial Director will be responsible for the overall sales growth via management of the direct sales via the Sales Manager / sales team or via distributors etc.

Experience Required for this Commercial Director:

We require a candidate with a detailed knowledge of the Telecommunication industry and Access Control Market. This role is positioned on the Company’s Senior Management Team, and therefore the candidate must have experience at this level within business previously.

They must demonstrate the capacity to build strong relationships with major distributors as well as smaller customers within the direct channel; that capacity must extend to international business opportunities.
