• Take full autonomy in managing, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing Account Executives.
• Lead by example - maintaining a visible, proactive presence with clients and within the team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the commercial portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to shape the long-term direction of the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in a senior commercial insurance role (within a broking environment).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
