What you'll do

• Build robust commercial processes and systems.

• Act as a key liaison between the external sales team, customers, and the production team.

• Optimise processes to drive revenue growth

• Coach, train and develop the team to proactively identify revenue opportunities

Who you are

We're looking for you, if:

• You have demonstrable years of experience in a similar commercial role within the construction industry.

• Change management experience

• You demonstrate strong leadership abilities, including emotional intelligence and effective performance management.

• You possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

• You have experience with CRM systems

• You possess strong analytical skills

• You have a proven track record of driving commercial growth and improvement.
