A long-established, multi-service organisation is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial performance across several divisions, strengthen client relationships, and drive continued growth. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

* Integrate quickly into the team and organisational culture

* Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

* Lead commercial strategy, pricing, margin review, and cost control

* Review and approve tenders prior to submission

* Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities

* Drive cross-selling across multiple service lines

* Support marketing activity, including social media and web presence

* Contribute to board-level discussions and strategic planning

* Coach, mentor, and develop managers into effective leaders

* Produce and present commercial and performance reports

* Monitor supplier, client, and subcontractor performance

* Identify and secure new business opportunities through networks, digital channels, and referrals

About You

* Energetic, proactive, and commercially astute

* Strong communicator with proven leadership capability

* Comfortable working strategically and operationally

* Background in construction, new build housing, flooring, interiors, or cleaning services desirable

* Strong financial/commercial understanding essential
