Executive Network Group have been retained to recruit a Commercial Director for a leading fuel / lubricants distribution business, covering the SE.

Recruiting someone that knows the operating area very well, the, geography, competitors, and opportunities. Responsible for the South East Region, a defacto MD role. A doer, with commercial acumen who can come in a win some market share, whilst also pushing operational efficiency.

Someone who can communicate with a variety of stakeholders from, blue chip clients to domestic buyers, and to all employees, to invigorate them. Motivating the sales team, the drivers, the ops team, engaging them to develop the business and be part of its growth. Someone who can come in and win, maximise the opportunity, maximise profitability.
