Job Description - Commercial Dispute Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer to join a well-established and growing litigation team in Aberdeen. This is a permanent role with excellent long-term prospects and opportunities to support clients across the UK and internationally.

The Role Includes:

Managing a wide range of commercial disputes across sectors such as energy, construction, marine, property, and agriculture
Handling cases in the sheriff courts and Court of Session (excluding advocacy)
Involvement in training, compliance, marketing, and business development initiatives
Opportunity to develop specialisms in areas like non-contentious construction, insolvency, and contract advisory work

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years’ PQE in litigation or a relevant commercial background
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Professional, proactive, and collaborative mindset
