Commercial Disputes Solicitor/Associate - Top 50, International Client
We have a confidential opportunity with a prestigious firm based in Bristol.

About the Role:
Position: Commercial Disputes Solicitor/Associate
Location: Bristol
Experience: NQ - 5 years PQE

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes matters, including contract disputes, procurement matters, professional negligence claims, and contentious IP matters.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, managing cases from inception through to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, and represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Requirements:
Qualified UK solicitor with experience working in a Commercial environment on commercial disputes matters.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial litigation procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Procurement experience is beneficial but not essential.
