Commercial Disputes Senior Associate

An elite global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Commercial Disputes & Investigations International Arbitration team in London. Recognised as one of the most prominent disputes practices worldwide, this team handles high-profile, complex litigation and arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role:

As a key member of the Corporate Disputes group, you will manage a broad portfolio of cases, including:

• Complex contractual disputes
• M&A and joint venture disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Civil fraud matters
• International commercial arbitrations (LCIA, ICC, and ad hoc)

You will work closely with leading partners and experienced practitioners, often as part of cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

• Post Qualified Experience in commercial litigation and/or International Arbitration at a leading firm
• Proven experience managing large-scale disputes independently and leading junior team members
• Strong drafting skills and technical excellence
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on client service and business development
• Strong academic credentials
