Are you a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) seeking a fully remote role with flexibility and career growth? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multi-disciplined company looking to expand their team with an experienced Commercial Energy Assessor.

Key Requirements:

• NDEA certification
• Proficient in using SBEM software for non-domestic energy assessments
• Familiarity with identifying and addressing overheating risks in building designs
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards, building regulations, and sustainability practices
• Able to work autonomously and manage tasks in a remote setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Role:

• Home-based position with flexible working hours
• Conduct energy assessments for a range of non-domestic (commercial) properties
• Produce clear, detailed reports with energy performance evaluations and recommendations for improvements
• Liaise directly with clients to provide expert advice and support
• Keep up to date with current industry legislation and best practices
