The Role
As a Commercial Executive, you will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts while identifying opportunities to retain, grow, and develop new business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to maximise retention and achieve income targets.
* Building trusted relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
* Managing customer enquiries through to resolution while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring account performance.
* Supporting forecasting through regular customer engagement and data analysis.
* Developing new business opportunities by building a strong sales pipeline and identifying growth opportunities.
* Monitoring competitor activity to maximise opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
* Representing the organisation at customer meetings, conferences, and events.
* Supporting regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.
