We are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company based near Droitwich, Worcestershire.

As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting commercial decision-making and enhancing financial performance across the business. Working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll deliver insightful analysis and contribute to a variety of ongoing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting product and customer profitability analysis
• Contributing to pricing decisions and commercial sign-off processes
• Assisting in the development and review of business cases
• Providing reporting and insights on performance trends
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders and international operations
• Supporting the commercial finance team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects
• Playing a role in wider finance improvement and reporting initiatives

This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic decision-making and drive business performance through insightful financial analysis.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong commercial awareness with a background in financial analysis.
• Part-qualified or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in business partnering and pricing strategies.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
