Commercial Finance Analyst

Your new company
A UK Government-backed bank is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their Commercial Finance team for a 23 month FTC.

With offices based in London, Glasgow, Durham & Lytham, they ask for office attendance twice a week with occasional travel to London.

Your new role
You will be partnering with an interesting client portfolio, providing business partnering to both internal and external stakeholders;

• commercial insights
• financial data analysis
• presenting to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• investment appraisal
• budgeting and forecasting

What you'll need to succeed

• Full CCAB (or equivalent) accountancy qualification
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience
• Financial Services and/or Public Sector experience would be beneficial

What you'll get in return

• London salary: £47,800 - £50,350
• Outside London: £45,000 - £48,800
• A performance-related monetary bonus
• Civil Service pension: 28.8% employer contribution
• 25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year up to 30 days
• 9 public and civil service privilege days
• You can also opt for a working pattern that gives you a non-working day every two weeks
• Option to buy and sell annual leave up to 5 days per year
