Commercial Finance Analyst

Are you a qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA and ready to make your mark in a leading commercial finance team and accounting centre of excellence? Gifford and Partners have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join a class leading team, based in Leeds. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with ideally some post-qualified experience or relatively newly qualified experience. Responsibilities are likely to include;

• Supporting commercial finance to help shape the future revenue and profit expectations of the business
• Production and analysis of the monthly forecast.
• Driving improvements in financial performance by working closely with key stakeholders.
• Own key reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to high-quality board reporting and present insights to senior leadership.
• Be involved in the end-to-end budget setting process and support ad hoc projects, including potential M&A activities.
• Collaborate with the wider business to support overall team priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders

Essentially, the role of Senior Commercial Finance Analyst targets a qualified ACA/ACMA/ACCA with strong business partnering. Ideally, up to 2 years of experience in reporting and analysis is preferred. You will have a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification.
