I am currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Finance analyst to join a growing, Global Retail brand. Due to the nature of the role they require someone from a consumer background that has multi-site experience. You should have the experience and knowledge to be able to talk about the key KPIS and metrics from a retail store.

The role will include:

• Weekly trade analysis for all business channels around Sales, Margin and Stock
• Creation, improvement and maintenance of financial and trade reports
• Variance analysis and investigation, ensure reporting and data is consistent across the teams
• Partner with Merchandising to produce all stock reconciliations
• Retail Partner; Act as the primary contact for all retail analysis and requests
• Store by Store P&Ls, including channel analysis by:
• Set KPI targets and track including: Footfall, Conversion, ASP, ATV
• Support Merchandising with Retail stock analysis focused on availability and sales opportunities
• Trials - support retail to determine the basis of trials, selected and control sets Measurement and communication of results
• Preparation and analysis of monthly overhead reports for all head office departments, preparing monthly accruals schedule for finance team to post at month end
• Hold monthly budget review meetings with each department and set action plans

Candidate Specification:

• At least 5 years previous experience as a Commercial Finance analyst from a Consumer (Retail or Hospitality) background
• Understanding/ ownership of a P&L
• Strong excel
• Excellent and confident communication with the ability to influence key decision makers
• Able to commute to Southwest London 3 days a week - onsite parking
