We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a newly created permanent role. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the business by providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Description

As the Commercial Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing financial insights to influence strategic decisions within the business.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both Finance and non-finance stakeholders (Sales, Operations)
• Analysis of cost of goods sold and profitability margins for Business Units to support decision making
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Evaluating financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
• Identifying potential areas of improvement in the business's financial strategy.
• Collaborating with the accounting & finance department to streamline financial practices.

Profile

A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial software and conducting financial analysis.
• An analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
• A background in Commercial roles within a FMCG/product based industry is advantageous
