Commercial Finance Business Partner

We are working on behalf of a leading organisation in their sector to source a talented Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team.

This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to support ambitious growth plans by providing high-quality financial reporting and insights. The successful candidate will have part responsibility for asset financials, including Capex proposals, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve:

• Analyse investment opportunities and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist in conducting utilisation and pricing reviews, presenting findings and proposed changes to key stakeholders.
• Help deliver monthly and quarterly financial presentations to the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
• Oversee fleet and stock control, ensuring resources are optimally allocated.
• Support operational and technical directors with financial expertise to guide decision-making.
• Manage rate reviews and product categorisation to maximise returns on investment.
• Provide insights into disposals and repairs, addressing product and customer performance issues.

Suitable Candidate for the Commercial Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, part qualified or Finalist.
• A proactive and analytical mindset.
• Strong communicator capable of presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in commercial finance, asset management, management accounting or similar roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an eye for continuous improvement.
