Description

• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze key revenue streams, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize top-line performance.
• Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
• Develop budgets and forecasts to align with organisational objectives.
• Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
• Act as a key advisor to management, offering strategic financial guidance.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Offer commercial support Partnering with sales, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, product profitability, and customer behaviour.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Essential- fully Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of revenue drivers
• Proven experience within accounting and finance functions, ideally in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
