About the Role:

You'll take ownership of all aspects of commercial finance and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you'll ensure the business has the insight and analysis it needs to drive growth and make sound decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles

Building and maintaining robust financial models

Providing detailed and insightful commercial analysis

Supporting strategic decision-making across the business

Highlighting opportunities for improved performance and profitability

What We're Looking For:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Commercially focused with experience in a similar business-facing finance role

Confident with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting

Excellent communication skills - able to challenge and influence at all levels

Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and grow with the business

Office-Based Role:

Please note this is a full-time, office-based role - 5 days per week in the office. This suits someone who enjoys collaborating in person and being fully embedded in the day-to-day operations of the business.
