What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the operations team to help clients build and present financial data packs
• Analyse financial structures and support clients on PE investments, restructuring, and reorganisations
• Provide insight for trade and work closely with external stakeholders and other financial institutions
• Present financial information to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, commercial way
• Support due diligence work and ensure compliance with accounting standards

What they’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (within the last 2–3 years), ideally from a Top 25 firm
• Strong technical grounding, but with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial drive
• Comfortable interpreting financial data, spotting opportunities, and asking the right questions
• Confident communicator – someone who can engage clients and explain the numbers
• Experience or interest in PE or restructuring is a bonus
