An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Manager for a great technology business who operate across the UK. This role involves aspects of Business Partnering and gives you the opportunity to talk to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. This role will offer the opportunity for good progression.

Main Duties:

As a Commercial Finance Manager, your main duties include:

• Oversee the preparation of business insights and the delivery of strategic advice to key customers and stakeholders, facilitating effective monitoring, informed decision-making, business planning, and sound financial management.
• Establish and maintain precise and comprehensive financial records, control systems, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations, alongside efficient process management.
• Support the assessment, enhancement, implementation, and supervision of systems to uphold a strong control environment, protecting the organisation's interests.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving shortcomings to uphold excellent customer service standards.
• Lead the recruitment, performance evaluation, and development of skilled staff, fostering strong teams capable of delivering results aligned with business objectives and individual responsibilities.
• Provide contributions, where relevant, to special projects and change initiatives that advance the Group’s goals.

Location / Office / Culture

This role offers a hybrid split with 2/3 days in their offices in Worcester and the remaining days at home, you will be working within a great team. The business are very supportive and flexible.

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Able to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Experience Managing people
• Experience using financial systems
