Commercial Finance Manager

The Role
This is a key leadership role within the finance team, with broad commercial exposure:

• Lead financial operations across a portfolio of pubs
• Business partner with operations and senior leadership
• Own key P&L lines and drive performance insights
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Contribute to systems and process improvements

Main Duties
You’ll be the go-to finance contact for operational teams and a key player in strategic initiatives:

• Analyse financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track and improve results
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Provide commercial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Support wider business projects and change initiatives

The Successful Candidate
We’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader with strong communication skills:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in finance, including commercial or managerial roles
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
