Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted business partner to practice, sector, or regional leadership, delivering smart pricing and profitability strategies.
• Lead on major tenders and panel appointments, aligned with commercial goals.
• Build robust financial models and deliver actionable insights.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering collaboration.
• Educate partners and fee earners on financial management, pricing, and commercial acumen.
• Support strategic initiatives alongside senior finance leaders.

About You:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
• Proven experience in commercial finance and pricing.
• Previous experience in a commercially focused finance role in either a law firm or wider professional services firm.
• A sharp analytical mind with the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with a collaborative mindset.
• Results-driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
