Commercial Finance Manager

We're seeking a strategic and operationally focused Finance Manager to join the leadership team. This role will oversee financial management, lead process improvements, develop KPIs, and support ambitious growth targets including significant EBITDA expansion within the next few years.

Description

• Manage full financial function: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance

• Deliver accurate management accounts and KPI reporting

• Lead operational process mapping and identify efficiency improvements

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and external advisors

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience

• Proven experience in a relevant role

• Strong skills in financial analysis, KPI development, and reporting

• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP/accounting software; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight) advantageous

• Excellent communicator with leadership potential, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

• Salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000, level dependent on experience
