Commercial Finance Manager

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will be a key strategic partner to our operations and business development teams. You'll combine strong financial acumen with a sharp commercial mindset to drive performance, deliver insight, and support data-driven decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for key contracts and business areas
• Provide strategic and operational support to senior stakeholders across the business
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting, margin analysis, and variance explanations
• Work closely with operational teams to support budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement
• Support tender processes, pricing models, and commercial proposals for new business opportunities
• Develop and enhance financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and improve visibility
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or facilities management
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
