Commercial Finance Manager

As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and delivering business insights that support decision-making across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leadership, operations, and clients to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business partnering with operational leaders to support financial planning and performance.
• Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Leading financial modelling for tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the catering, hospitality or facilities management sector is a plus.
