Commercial Finance Manager

Who will you be joining?

You'll be joining an established people-centric owner managed SME in Swindon in a newly created commerciallyfocused Finance Manager position. Working closely with the new CFO and wider management team in an organisation growing rapidly, you'll be instrumental in managing various aspects of financial reporting and operations, overseeing a small team and providing strategic financial analysis to support ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management accounts for the group companies.
• Generating insightful board packs and management information.
• Overseeing the sales forecasting process.
• Delivering operations reporting to the leadership team, including margin analysis.
• Overseeing a small team of operational and analytical professionals.
• Providing ad hoc reporting as needed.

Why would you be a good fit?

We're looking for an experienced finance professional with analytical skillset and a track record of managing a small team (either as a Manager or Project Manager) and communicating with non-financial stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be qualified (ACCA, or CIMA) and be comfortable working in a fast paced, SME environment.

Experience with Sage / Xero is a plus, but strong IT literacy including Microsoft Excel is essential.
