Commercial Finance Manager

A well known multi-site leisure and hospitality business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

You will play a key role in driving the financial performance and strategic growth of the Group. You will support strategic initiatives, optimise profitability and improve operational efficiency across the group.

Main duties include:

• Leainding on group wide Finance projects, with a focus on improving efficiencies, delivering profit improvements and generating insights to assist strategic decision-making
• Perform detailed deep-dive analysis, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, cost-saving opportunities / cost control measures and partnering with key stakeholders
• Supporting and challenging the development team on the development of investment proposals, financial due diligence and ROI calculations;
• Supporting and challenging the Design team on capex investment proposals and the development of ROI calculations,Working with the F&B Operations team to provide insight and identify opportunities to improve the profitability and performance
  
• Track commercial performance of marketing campaigns, pricing strategies and revenue management initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive business initiatives
• Support the CFO and Head of Commercial Finance with other business projects as required.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a commercial finance role in a multi-site business.
