Commercial Finance Manager - Hospitality Sector

We are working with a premium hospitality group, operating in the luxury hotel and spa sector, to find a new Commercial Finance Manager. They have invested millions in to their properties in the past 5 years and are receiving accolade after accolade for the standards they are raising in the industry!

Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will collaborate closely with various departments to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies.

You will have the ability to look at a p&l, understand and analyse the data to formulate commercially astute strategies to improve cost-efficiency and improve profitability. You’ll be responsible for analysing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. There is also a strong procurement background required in order to lead efforts in negotiating with suppliers to secure best pricing and terms, maintaining contracts, ensuring compliance with business objectives and manage relationships with key suppliers, as well as enhancing procurement strategies.

You will be based in a beautiful modern, recently refurbished office in Moreton-in-Marsh. As far as teams go, this is an extremely friendly one and you will feel part of something very special! This is an office-based position, but there will also be regular travel to their two exquisite venues as and when required. This is a hands on position that will require you to immerse yourself into every aspect of the commercial side of the business.

From a salary perspective, you will be looking between £40-50,000 depending on experience. As well as being eligible for a performance related bonus, you will get generous discount at group properties as well as other great corporate discounts.
