This role exists to ensure our clients' estates remain open, safe, and compliant. You'll be a key player in delivering high-quality maintenance services that support critical infrastructure and public services.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned, reactive, and quoted maintenance services across a range of building services systems. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting condition appraisals, and maintaining accurate records through both digital and manual platforms. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure buildings remain safe, operational, and compliant, while upholding high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Gas Certifications: Including COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, and appliance qualifications such as CIGA1, CDGA1, and CORT1.
• Minimum 3 Years' Experience: Proven post-apprenticeship experience in commercial gas engineering and building services maintenance.
• Strong Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of statutory regulations and safety standards in Building Services Engineering.
• IT Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and digital reporting tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence: A clean driving record is essential for travel across the Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and Derbyshire areas.
