This long standing commercial heating company are based in mid Devon have been trading for many years and count over 500 clients who use them on a yearly basis. They are recruiting for a Projects and Design Manager

* Office based in Paignton but also meeting with clients in and around mid to south Devon mostly

* Project management and design of commercial heating systems, pipe work design, heating and hot water by the contracts manager

* Doing quotes, costing, project submissions, site surveys, reviewing design drawings, planning, project redelivery, RAMS and H&S until hand over

* Dealing with project from 15-40k mostly with some projects being up to 600k

Skills Needed to be a Projects and Design Manager

* Living within travelling distance to the office in Paignton in mid Devon

* Good experience and knowledge with commercial heating systems, hot water systems, commercial boilers through projects and or design – they would also look at someone who just had the design experience in commercial heating and train them on the projects side of things

* Good written and spoken English as well as good people skills

Salary and Benefits of a trainee contracts & design manager

* 50-60k basic salary (40 hour week) depending on experience

* Phone, lap top

* 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

* Mileage expenses paid
