Your new company are a brokerage firm based in Kensington with over 20 years of experience in providing insurance solutions. They have recently acquired new Management and are moving forward to become a trusted and reliable insurance brokerage platform. Their vision is to become a leading company that their clients turn to for expert advice and risk management services. Due to expansion within the Commercial team, a permanent position for a Commercial Insurance Broker has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as a Commercial Insurance Broker means you will identify, assess and secure a client network base to provide and meet their insurance coverage needs. You will develop and maintain optimal commercial relationships with local and global insurance companies. Duties will include discussing and assessing clients' current and future insurance needs, researching policies and products, negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers and arranging cover. Further duties will also include keeping detailed and confidential clients' records, coordinating and managing clients' claims, renewing and amending existing policies for clients and always ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker in the London Market will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have good knowledge of insurance products, proven record in outbound sales, strong communicator, established connections with insurance companies and knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority. Ideally, you will be educated to a Bachelor degree level and Arabic is a plus.
