Job Title: Commercial Insurance Broker
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme (OTE)
Location: Rawtenstall, Lancashire
Logistics: Office-Based (with some flexibility)

CCP have been engaged by a multi award-winning commercial insurance brokerage based near London who are looking to recruit a Commercial Insurance Broker to manage and support a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple sectors.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a strong onsite presence required, working Monday to Friday with an early finish at the end of the week. Our client offers a collaborative, sociable working environment where promotion from within is encouraged.

Key Attributes for Success:

Client Relationship Management:
You'll work alongside Commercial Client Executives to service a range of commercial clients with varying premium spend. Building strong, long-term relationships is essential.

Technical Expertise:
You will have strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and Lloyd’s markets. Understanding FCA compliance and risk analysis is key.

Organisation & Communication:
You’ll be proactive, well-organised, and a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing. The ability to prepare reports, cover summaries, and accurate documentation is essential.

Independence & Professionalism:
Ideal for someone who thrives without micro-management, is mature in their business approach, and maintains high service and quality standards independently.

Desirable but not essential:
Progression toward or completion of CII qualifications (Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII)
