The Role
My client is looking for both a Sales Executive and a Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re someone who enjoys the mix of managing a book of business while also getting out there and generating new opportunities.
You’ll be working across a broad range of commercial products (premiums from £150 through to £150,000+), with the chance to really make the role your own.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and developing your own book of business.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Generating new business through proactive outreach and networking.
• Working alongside two Account Executives and a New Business Executive as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the business by bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial insurance sales, ideally with a strong network and proven track record.
• A proactive, “hunter” mindset when it comes to new business.
• Someone who thrives in a relaxed, drama-free, no-KPI environment but still gets the job done.
• Team player who enjoys being part of a sociable, down-to-earth office.
