A leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its dynamic Commercial & IT team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex commercial and ICT projects, including outsourcing agreements and commercial contracts, for a diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to both public and private sector clients on commercial and IT-related matters
• Lead on significant outsourcing transactions and contractual projects
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and IT contracts
• Supervise and mentor junior team members

What experience is required?

• 5+ years PQE with strong experience in commercial law
• Proven ability to handle contract negotiation and drafting, particularly in IT or technology law
• Excellent team-working skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
