This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Corporate or Commercial Law solicitor to be the main point of contact for a high street firm that is looking to rebuild their business law offering.

The firm had a well known point of contact handling Corporate , Commercial and Company Commercial matters and the firm have been looking for some time to find a replacement to take the firm forward. Succession planning is always there in the firms' mind so you could be a partner, a senior associate or associate level person, ideally with some networks, perhaps you are at a city or regional firm and are looking to branch out and become the main point of contact here.

You'll benefit form having your pick of clients, autonomy about who to work with and where to prioritise business development and eventually the firm will build a team around you and your leadership. As well as a great salary you will also benefit from hybrid working, you might only need to be in the office 2 days a week.

The firm gets a lot of commercial work from commercial property, employment and commercial litigation clients and these clients expect a full service including handling corporate , IP and data protection work too so the firm are keen to make an appointment here.

You'll also have support from fee earners in the property and litigation teams who can help you with the work coming in so you want be on your own.

This would suit somebody who medium term is thinking about their own partnership ambitions, you have a clear path here.
