Role and Responsibilities

Using your expertise in commercial legal matters, you will support our client’s global business development team, handling contract drafting, review, negotiation, and advising on commercial transactions.
Review and negotiate various commercial agreements (e.g., master service, licences, collaboration, confidentiality, consultancy).
Manage legal risks in company operations, and enhance team relations with internal stakeholders.
Prepare and review operational procedures, policies, and contract templates, for process improvement.
Provide legal advice for interdisciplinary projects and conduct training for internal stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

Qualified UK solicitor with at least three years post-qualification experience.
In-house or private practice experience in the

pharmaceutical/life

sciences sector.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Clear communicator, capable of effective interaction across various boundaries.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure, prioritise, and deliver high-quality work.
Organised, driven, people-oriented, and proactive.
