Commercial Lead - Biologics Analytics

We are partnering with a high-growth startup that's transforming biologic drug development. Their pioneering analytics platform delivers high-resolution characterisation in half the time, helping CMC teams make faster, smarter decisions across the biologics lifecycle.

They're now looking for a Commercial Lead to join the founding team and take ownership of driving revenue, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. This is an opportunity to build the commercial function from the ground up, backed by leading investors and scientists.

As Commercial Lead, the role will involve:

• Leading business development with pharma, biotech, CDMOs, CROs, and academia

• Driving pilots, strategic partnerships, and customer onboarding

• Shaping commercial strategy, pricing, and market positioning

• Acting as the customer voice to inform product roadmap

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years' experience in biopharma, CDMOs, CROs, or biologics analytics/tools

• Deep CMC knowledge - structural analytics, PTMs, regulatory expectations

• Proven track record in technical sales and partnership building

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
