Commercial Lead – Frankfurt, Germany

Salter Grange is recruiting a Commercial Lead for a leading European contractor on a large data centre project in Frankfurt.

As Commercial Lead, you'll head the project's commercial team and advise the construction team on all cost and contract matters.

Commercial Lead responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly applications, including remeasures, variations and claims

* Manage subcontract accounts from award to final account

* Forecast turnover and cash flow, and report commercial risks

* Coach the commercial team and improve commercial processes

Commercial Lead requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying, or an engineering degree with commercial experience

* 5+ years' post-qualification experience with a general contractor

* Excellent English; SAP experience is a plus

* Data centre, CSA and MEP experience desirable
