Commercial Legal Assistant

Sacco Mann is recruiting for an ambitious Paralegal to join a leading law firm based in East Yorkshire. You will be joining the Company Commercial Team in their Hull offices and assisting the team with various administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to develop a career within Company Commercial. Previous legal secretarial or legal assistant experience is desirable, along with a strong aptitude and a solid work ethic.

The Role

Joining the team, you will assist the department with administrative duties, file management and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital typing.
• Opening files.
• Completing AML checks.
• Amending documents and preparing bills.
• Uploading of documents and information to external sources
• Putting together electronic data rooms.

About You

• The role would suit someone who is in a similar paralegal role, or a recent graduate looking for their first role within a legal firm.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a wider team.
