A highly respected and award-winning law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2-4 years' PQE) to join its thriving Dispute Resolution team based in Tunbridge Wells. The Opportunity
You will be joining a collaborative and highly experienced team, working alongside several ex-City lawyers who bring top-tier expertise to a broad and diverse client base. The firm's Commercial Litigation team acts for a wide range of clients, including SMEs, major corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and public sector organisations.

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Professional negligence
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Company and corporate governance issues
• Insolvency-related litigation
• Property and real estate disputes

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial litigation practice
• Strong technical litigation skills and a commercially pragmatic approach
