A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-regarded and progressive law firm in Kent. The Dispute Resolution team is expanding and looking for a talented Litigation Solicitor to support continued growth and client demand.

This role offers flexibility to be based in either the Canterbury or Maidstone office, with the option to work from home part of the week.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes
• Handle cases independently while working closely with senior team members on more complex matters
• Manage a varied caseload, potentially involving company and partnership disputes, construction issues, education sector matters, or IP litigation
• Provide commercially pragmatic advice to business clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, engaging at a senior level where appropriate
• Support business development activities and contribute to the wider success of the team

????? About You:

• 5+ years PQE (though we are open to applications from all levels with relevant experience)
• Strong background in civil or commercial litigation
• A confident communicator with the ability to provide strategic, client-focused advice
• Comfortable working with SME and corporate clients
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines
• A team player who is keen to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment
