Role: Commercial Litigation Legal Director
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 + 20% Bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, Flexible working available

The Opportunity
CRA Consulting are delighted to be partnering with a growing, ambitious law firm in Chesterfield. As the firm continues to expand its commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to play a leading role within its commercial litigation department.
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an Associate-level lawyer seeking that next step up to Director level in a progressive, supportive environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, with a particular emphasis on property litigation alongside general commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied commercial litigation caseload with a focus on property-related matters
• Advising and representing clients across a wide range of disputes
• Taking a proactive role in the growth and strategic development of the litigation team
• Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as the team expands

About You
We are seeking an experienced litigator who is:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven commercial litigation experience (property litigation desirable)
• Ambitious and motivated, with the drive to progress to Director level
• Skilled in managing complex disputes with minimal supervision
• Commercially astute, with strong client care and communication skills
• Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a flexible, modern workplace
