Job Title: Commercial Litigation Paralegal
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

A well-established law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Civil and Commercial Litigation team. The firm has a strong local reputation and continues to grow steadily, with a busy caseload across a range of dispute resolution matters.
This role will involve working closely with experienced solicitors on cases including contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, and general civil matters. It's a good opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a litigation setting and develop their legal career.
Main responsibilities:

• 
  Assisting fee earners with ongoing civil and commercial litigation files
• 
  Preparing court documents, letters, and bundles
• 
  Legal research and basic drafting
• 
  Communicating with clients, courts, and other third parties
• 
  Managing and updating case files

Requirements:

• 
  Previous experience in a paralegal role, preferably within litigation
• 
  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• 
  A law degree or equivalent legal training
• 
  Good communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach
