The appointed Solicitor will handle a broad spectrum of contentious commercial litigation matters, advising a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients and managing complex domestic and cross-border disputes

• The firm are considering candidates that have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.

• This role presents the chance to work on a broad and stimulating caseload across a range of commercial sectors, including automotive, financial services, leisure, fisheries, logistics, and FMCG.

• You will handle professional indemnity, construction disputes, breach of warranty claims, Section 994 claims, commercial contract disputes, insolvency, fraud, intellectual property, and international arbitration matters.

• You will be a resourceful and technically proficient, with a strong understanding of commercial law, and the ability to deliver practical, tailored advice to clients. You should possess a team-oriented approach, along with the confidence to guide and support junior team members

• A commercial mindset is essential, along with an established network of clients or referrers. You should demonstrate a proven ability to generate new business, as this role offers a potential pathway to partnership.
