Full Time Office Based

I am representing a Law Firm in Central Manchester who are looking for experience Litigation NQ - 3 Year PQE Solicitors for a number of live roles within a busy Litigation team who focus on Commercial Litigation matters.

The Day to day:
- Working on a range of Litigated files from inception to completion as part of a busy team of Solicitors.
- Working on Recoveries, Disputes, and General Litigated matters.
- Adhere to court timeframes for filing of documents, supports by the use of Proclaim case management systems.
- Handling mediations between group companies and their clients.
- Maximising litigation recoveries.
- Renegotiating contracts to support client retention.
- Maintaining strategic relationships with litigation partners.

The Ideal Litigation Solicitor needs:
- NQ - 3 Years Litigation exposure.
- Be commercially minded and able to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Key focus on client care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
