A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded team in Walsall. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to lead on complex, high-value disputes while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s continued success.

The Role:

As a senior member of the Commercial Litigation team, you will:

• Lead on complex shareholder, director and partnership disputes
• Manage injunctive relief applications and high-value contractual claims
• Oversee a busy caseload of approximately 40–50 active files
• Supervise, mentor and support the development of junior fee earners
• Contribute to the strategic growth and performance of the team

About You:

• A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE
• Proven track record in handling complex, high-value disputes
• Experience with injunctive relief and contentious business matters
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Commercially minded with a results-driven and proactive approach
